This is Iris, a sweet soul who is 7 years old, and has already experienced the pain of being betrayed twice by the people she trusted. As a tiny puppy, just 2 or 3 months old, Iris was abandoned in a shopping mall parking lot. Thankfully, she was adopted by a woman in our area, where she lived for four years. Surrounded by other dogs, Iris became a beloved member of the family, living inside the house.

However, a year ago, Iris’s world was turned upside down again. Her owner had to move to Athens and, unfortunately, could not take Iris along. She was handed over to us, and now Iris lives in a safe fenced area, where she faces difficult conditions during the cold winters and especially the hot summers.

Despite everything she’s been through, Iris’s heart remains pure and full of love. Iris is an absolute angel—gentle, loyal, and overflowing with affection. She has room in her heart for everyone, whether it’s children, other dogs, or even cats. Her weight is around 30 kg. She is spayed. Iris deserves a family who will love her as much as she loves them.
