Almost two years ago, we received a call that a dog was found inside a garbage bin, shivering in the cold, with the wind howling around him. The only warmth he could find was from the garbage bags inside the bin. It’s impossible to know if someone threw him away or if he simply found this as his last refuge, but seeing him like that, broke our hearts. At the vet, the news was just as heartbreaking—he was suffering from several serious conditions: Ehrlichia, leishmania, heartworm, scabies, and ear infections. Miraculously, his kidneys were healthy, and we immediately began his treatment.
But here’s the good news—Mr. Bin is now a completely different dog. Thanks to the support of so many kind-hearted people, he’s made incredible progress. Today, he is a healthy and happy boy, free of all diseases except Leishmania, which we continue to treat. His weight is 27.5 kg. His lymph nodes are still a bit swollen, but his spirit is strong, and he only needs check-ups every six months now.
Mr. Bin has been vaccinated, castrated, and he is finally ready to find the forever home he’s always deserved. He’s a loving, gentle soul who gets along beautifully with both people and other dogs.
A heartfelt thank you to all of Mr. Bin’s generous donors—you’ve played a huge part in his recovery. Now, it’s time for him to find a family that will love him as much as we do.
